龔克
世界工程組織聯(lián)合會主席（2019-2021）
龔克，男，漢族，1955年6月生，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。曾任清華大學(xué)電子系主任、副校長，清華信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任（兼），天津大學(xué)校長，南開大學(xué)校長。
龔克教授目前擔(dān)任世界工程組織聯(lián)合會（WFEO）候任主席，中國新一代人工智能發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究院執(zhí)行院長，中國電子學(xué)會監(jiān)事長，中國通信學(xué)會常務(wù)理事，工信部通信科技委常委。
龔克教授長期從事電波與無線通信技術(shù)的教學(xué)與研究開發(fā)工作。曾參與和主持?jǐn)?shù)字無繩通信系統(tǒng)，無線接入設(shè)備與技術(shù)，微波點(diǎn)對多點(diǎn)農(nóng)村通訊系統(tǒng)，蜂窩通訊及室內(nèi)通信的無線信通特性，小型多天線技術(shù)，微納星技術(shù)試驗(yàn)衛(wèi)星和中國數(shù)字電視無線傳輸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等項(xiàng)目的研發(fā)，獲得過國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎和北京市科技進(jìn)步一等獎等。
Biography of Professor GONG Ke
Gong Ke, male, Han nationality, born in June 1955, is a professor and doctoral advisor. He served as President of Nankai University, President of Tianjin University, Vice President of Tsinghua University (THU), Director of Tsinghua National Laboratory for Information Science and Technology, and Director of the Department of Electronic Engineering, THU.
Currently, Professor Gong serves as President-elect of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO), Executive President of the China Institute of New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, Executive Member of the Council of China Institute of Communications, and Member of the Standing Committee of the Communication Technology Commission of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Dedicated to education and R&D related to radio and wireless communication technology, he has worked on and led the R&D of a wide range of projects involving digital enhanced cordless telecommunications, wireless access terminal and technology, point-to-multipoint microwave communication system in rural areas, cellular communication and characteristics of indoor wireless communication, compact multi-element antenna technology, nanosatellite, and China’s digital television broadcasting standards. He is a second prize winner of the National Technological Invention Award, and a first prize winner of the Beijing Scientific and Technological Progress Award.
