第二屆世界機(jī)器人大會(huì)先進(jìn)機(jī)器人與自動(dòng)化專題論壇（WRC SARA 2019），將作為一場(chǎng)技術(shù)專題會(huì)議在2019年8月20至25日世界機(jī)器人大會(huì)期間同期舉行。2015年，世界機(jī)器人大會(huì)在北京首次召開(kāi)，四年來(lái)大會(huì)逐步發(fā)展成為機(jī)器人和人工智能領(lǐng)域規(guī)模最大、規(guī)格最高的學(xué)術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)盛會(huì)。此前每年召開(kāi)的大會(huì)都吸引了來(lái)自全球頂尖高校、研究機(jī)構(gòu)和機(jī)器人企業(yè)的300余位國(guó)際一流學(xué)者、專家與企業(yè)家，共話機(jī)器人技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。過(guò)去幾年，大會(huì)每年展出超過(guò)160余家國(guó)際機(jī)器人企業(yè)帶來(lái)的近千種創(chuàng)新展品，與會(huì)者超過(guò)200000名。

今年，世界機(jī)器人大會(huì)將舉辦第二屆先進(jìn)機(jī)器人與自動(dòng)化專題論壇，目前希望在全球范圍內(nèi)向相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的各專業(yè)人士廣泛征集論文。我們將與IEEE機(jī)器人與自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)（IEEE RAS）共同評(píng)審所提交的技術(shù)論文，并將為本次論壇專設(shè)一個(gè)技術(shù)項(xiàng)目。提交送審的論文都應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵循IEEE會(huì)議論文格式。本次論壇的所有獲選論文均將被錄入IEEE Xplore數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，并收錄于EI檢索。

世界機(jī)器人大會(huì)包括“會(huì)、展、賽”三大板塊，為與會(huì)者帶來(lái)諸多裨益。大會(huì)旨在豐富機(jī)器人、自動(dòng)化與人工智能領(lǐng)域的學(xué)生、學(xué)者、企業(yè)家及行業(yè)專家的知識(shí)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)，通過(guò)展示創(chuàng)新技術(shù)、培育創(chuàng)新人才，以及提升學(xué)者、企業(yè)家和行業(yè)專家的國(guó)際參與度，來(lái)推動(dòng)機(jī)器人技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，使其成為國(guó)際社會(huì)真正的創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)力。

2019 WRC Symposium on Advanced Robotics and Automation
Call for Papers

The 2nd WRC Symposium on Advanced Robotics and Automation (WRC SARA 2019) will be held as a special technical meeting during the World  Robot Conference (WRC), Beijing, China, August 20 to August 25, 2019.Organized by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and Beijing Municipal People’s Government, the first WRC was held in 2015, and has since then continued to grow into the world’s largest-scale and top-level conference for academics and industrialists in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence fields. Each prior WRC attracted over 300international speakers who are leading academics, industry experts, entrepreneurs from the world’s top universities, research institutes, and corporations. In the past few years, WRC has annually showcased more than 160 international companies, with more than 1000 innovative projects and products related to Robotics. The conference has also attracted more than 200,000 attendees annually.

This year, WRC 2019 will host the 2nd forum for advanced research results related to Robotics and Automation and would like to call-for-paper submissions from experts world-wide to attend this forum: WRC Symposium on Advanced Robotics and Automation (WRC SARA 2019).We will collaborate with the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society in reviewing the submitted technical papers and arrange a technical program for this special symposium. All submitted papers for review should follow strict IEEE conference paper format. All accepted papers that are presented at the Symposium will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore and EI indexed.

The WRC conference series strives to integrate three key components for successful international conferences that will greatly benefit the attendees -- Forums, Exhibitions and Contests. The WRC conferences seek to enrich the knowledge and experience of students, academics, industrialists, and entrepreneurs in the fields of Robotics, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. WRC will showcase technical innovations, cultivate creative talents, and allow international engagements for academics, entrepreneurs and industrialist -- pushing robotics technologies and industries to become a true driver of entrepreneurship and innovation across the global society.
